Delivery and collection

Most orders are ready in 3 working days. Items marked From next day are usually ready the next working day when ordered by 2pm, and same day is often possible. Anything we don't stock is ordered from our suppliers on next-day delivery, so it's usually ready within 2 working days.

• Collection by appointment: free, from just off Ascot Drive in Derby (DE24 8SR). Please don't come to us until we've contacted you: when your order is ready we'll message you to arrange a collection time. We're not a walk-in shop.
• Local delivery: £3, to your door or workplace in and around Derby.
• Royal Mail Tracked: £3.99 anywhere in the UK, sent the day your order is finished.
• Delivery is free on orders over £100.
