Who we are

Custom Clothing Derby (Jake Rowland, sole trader) is responsible for your personal data. Contact: hello@customclothingderby.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Your name, email, phone, business name and delivery address, to make and deliver your order and keep you updated (contract).
• Artwork and logos you upload, to make your order (contract).
• Enquiry details, to reply and quote (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).
• Records of orders and payments, which we keep for six years for tax purposes (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Stripe (card payments), Royal Mail (if your order is posted), Netlify (website hosting) and our email provider. We never sell your data or use it for anyone else's marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it (unless we must keep it by law). If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to remember your basket. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
